Dollar General needed to refresh its career site to showcase its employer brand better and attract more talent. Employee focus groups and surveys highlighted key themes: growth, skill development, and a strong connection to community impact.
Result:
Partnering with a brand strategist, I crafted messaging that authentically reflects the Dollar General experience. By weaving real employee perspectives into the copy, we created a site that resonates with job seekers, including those who may not have previously considered Dollar General an employer of choice
